* The first Saturday after the start of school we will have a Montessori Parent Orientation to go over policies and procedures, as well as get some fun hands-on introduction to our curriculum.  This workshop is carefully planned to ensure a strong start to the year, and attendance by at least one parent or guardian is mandatory for all new and returning families.

 

** We will have a staff member or fingerprinted parent volunteer present on the playground for children to play while parents meet with their child’s lead teacher and at least one other staff member.  If there is time, children will be invited in at the end of the conversation to show off work and their favorite areas of the classroom.

 

** We will have school on these days only if there are canceled days during the school year due to weather, teacher illness, or other unforeseen event.  We are not able to add additional makeup days beyond these two.
