OCTOBER- Due October 1- $360 [by check, or Heartland certificate. Request Sept 1-15 ]

NOVEMBER- Due November 1- $360 [by check, or Heartland certificate. Request Oct 1-15 ]

DECEMBER- Due December 1- $360 [by check, or Heartland certificate. Request Nov 1-]

JANUARY- Due January 1- $360 [by check, or Heartland certificate. Request Dec 1-15]

FEBRUARY- Due February- $360 [by check, or Heartland certificate. Request Feb 1-15]

MARCH- March- $360 [by check, or Heartland certificate. Request Mar 1-15]

APRIL- April- $360 [by check, or Heartland certificate. Request April 1-15]

MAY- May- $360 [NO COST for students joining before December, and paying all fees on-time. If H.L., request April 1-15]
