Tuition Information
Oakwood Enrichment Academy is a vendor for Heartland Charter School, and tuition funds are provided through the Charter program.
Enrollment fees and September tuition expenses are out-of pocket, and can be paid through Paypal (below), through Venmo @Kristina-Prozesky, or by check delivered to the mailbox outside the Primary classroom.
Please note that a late fee of $30 after August 1, and $50 after September 1 will apply for students to retain their September spot.
A very limited number of need-based scholarships are available for Heartland families requiring first-month tuition assistance. This application must be submitted by July 1.

New-enrollment fee: $75
Re-enrollment fee: $50
SEPTEMBER- Due August 1, $370 [PRIVATE PAY by check, or scholarship*. Heartland funds NOT available for September]
OCTOBER- Request $371.42, Sept 1-15
NOVEMBER- Request $371.42, Oct 1-15
DECEMBER- Request $371.42, Nov 1-15
JANUARY- Request $371.42, Dec 1-15
FEBRUARY- Request $371.42, Feb 1-15
MARCH- Request Mar $371.42, 1-15
APRIL- Request April $371.42, 1-15
MAY- May- NO COST for students joining in 2025, and paying all fees on-time. If joining mid-year, request HL certificate April 1-15
